Box Battles offer an exciting opportunity for users to engage in PvP mode or challenge our PvP Bot. Initiating a battle is simple: create one with your preferred boxes and await an opponent, or opt to face our PvP Bot. Alternatively, join an existing battle created by another user. The winner, determined by the higher value, claims the contents from both parties. Even in defeat, players earn XP equivalent to the battle's value. Every game, including bot encounters, is subject to verification through our Provably Fair system, guaranteeing fairness for all participants.

We enforce a daily withdrawal limit on accounts, which resets every 24 hours. If this limit is reached, the status will show as 'pre-approval' and await manual confirmation from our finance team. Upon approval, your withdrawal will be processed to the wallet address you provided, requiring no further action from you. Please be aware that, on rare occasions, this process may take a few hours.

At WTFDrip, the products you unbox adhere to a 'value obtained' principle. This means that if you exchange or receive an item valued at $10, you won't be able to sell it back for more than $10. However, its value may decrease over time. This practice is in place to prevent market manipulation and abuse. We advise against holding onto items as assets; it's best to exchange them promptly to avoid potential loss of value.

If you prefer to hold items for future play, we recommend opting for vouchers instead, as they maintain a fixed value.

Whenever you use credits on WTFDrip, you earn XP points. XP is utilized to advance in levels, with higher levels unlocking more daily rewards for you.

Product Authenticity

Certainly. Every item included in our Mystery Boxes undergoes thorough authentication and is guaranteed to be authentic and in pristine condition before being dispatched. StockX verifies the products in our Mystery Boxes before shipment, which may sometimes lead to slightly longer delivery times. However, this extra step is well worth it, as it assures you're receiving genuine products.

Our electronic items, including hardware, accessories, peripherals, and a selection of miscellaneous items, are always brand new. In the rare instance that you receive an item in less-than-perfect condition, you're entitled to a return.

Our luxury products, including watches, jewelry, and more, are shipped similarly to our other available items. However, it's essential to acknowledge that many of these products are limited in availability. This limitation may impact the timing of your order, or in rare instances, necessitate the cancellation of your order request. This gives you the option to exchange or select an alternative withdrawal method, such as cryptocurrency.

If you're dissatisfied with the product you've unboxed, you have the option to directly withdraw the total value of the product in cryptocurrency, starting at $/€20. To initiate a withdrawal, the product must be available in your cart. First, navigate to the top-up section in your cart to access the 'withdraw' tab. Then, select your products, verify that your address is entered correctly, and proceed to request your withdrawal. Please be aware that crypto withdrawals will incur a 2% processing fee, which will be discounted after your request is made.

Crypto deposits can also be made via the top-up section in your cart. Your transaction will be finalized after one confirmation or more.

The minimum deposit amounts accepted are as follows: LTC and ETH: 0.01; BTC: 0.0001; and BCH: 0.001. Depositing less than the minimum will result in a failed deposit, and the amount sent will be irreversibly lost.
